July
July 1st Distinguished Club Program year begins.
Formation of Area Councils.
Inform Division Governor of each Club's top three priority needs & plan.
August
Toastmaster International Convention is from August 24 till 27 2005.
Stimulate clubs to prepare their business meetings for the approval of the financial report and discharge of the old Board in September.
Evaluation workshop on Saturday, August 13, 2005 at U.N.A. from 9:00 a.m. till 13:00 p.m.
Clubs have to prepare for Humorous Speech and Evaluation contests, which should be held no later than September 18, 2005.
Payments sponsorship for contest winners for the November Conference is Ang 200,00 per Club.
September
Area Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contests no later than October 2, 2005.
Plan first official visit of Area Governors to clubs.
Member Mentoring workshop on Friday, September 9, 2005 at U.N.A. from 18:30 p.m. till 20:30 p.m.
Club business meeting with 2004/2005 financial report to Members.
Remind Clubs to pay semi-annual dues before October 1st.
October
Semi-annual Membership Reports and dues payment to World Headquarters (and CTCT if we don't reach Prov. District)
Club Mentoring workshop on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at U.N.A. from 10:00 a.m. till 13:00 p.m.
Division Contest on Saturday, October 15, 2005.
November
Caribbean Territorial Council of Toastmaster Conference in St. Croix from Friday 4th till Sunday 6th.
Club Grammarian Contests 25th (Optional).
December
Evaluation first months of Division Council.
January
Joint Celebration on Saturday January 7, 2006.
Officers training on Saturday January 21, 2006 at U.N.A. 9.00 a.m. till 13.00.
February
Club contests SPEECH and TABLE TOPICS.
Workshop Parliamentary Procedures at U.N.A. Saturday February 11 2006.
March
Area contests Speech and Table Topics, to be held no later than March 26, 2006.
